Your opinion matters and Advisory Board listened As you may recall, few weeks ago, we conducted a community poll regarding release of team tokens. These are the results of the poll: • 58% of our community world-wide wants either 100% of team tokens to be released immediately or the Board to decide as it sees fit. • This number jumps to 68% in our Korean community, who want either 100% of team tokens to be released immediately or the Board to decide as it sees fit. The Advisory Board has taken your opinion into consideration. The Board also reviewed the Solve.Care Whitepaper published in 2018, the Monthly Token Schedule provided to Upbit, and the 15 Year Token Release Schedule published in 2021. Given all the facts and circumstances, the Advisory Board has decided to release all of the team tokens and instructed the management to execute their decision. We are informing all of you within minutes of receiving these instructions. As you might have noticed that team has notched up a string of victories recently and more are on the way. So, we as the management team, agree with this decision as fair, timely and appropriate. And, we do not expect any changes to the team, structure or headcount as a result of this decision Note: We want to make sure that community understands that release of tokens does not mean that all team tokens will immediately become available for sale in the market.
